-Three-four large 1 L water bottles
-A blender
-Couple bags of frozen berries from Costco
-A tub of natural peanut butter
-A tub of protein powder
-A few bags of low fat milk
-10 minutes of your day
No, you are not mixing all these ingredients exactly but you can mix the following:
1-3 cups of low fat milk – 300 calories
1-2 cups of mixed berries – 200 calories
40-60 grams of protein powder – 160-240 calories
1-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter – 200 calories
i took that from iron mag articles basically the guy is saying is that these ingredients could be used to suppliment about 2000 calories a day to bulk up on and that they wont put much fat on u because there good calories.
i just wanted to get u guys feelings on this ?
could i make a litre bottle like suggested and drink it over the course of the day to make up some serious extra colories ?

I've tried a very similar shake to this:
1 pint of skimmed milk
35g of whey protein
100g of oats
1 large banana
2 large spoonfulls of peanut butter (natural)
I dont know the stats off the top of my head but i believe that is around 900 calories and 55grams of protein. The ratio of protein/carbs/fat is good and most the fat is mono or poly which is good, this is a great shake if your bulking.
