Please Help Guys

okay im 21 5'10 and "115" pounds!!!!!..wtf..i cant gain wieght.

i tried animal stak/protiens 900 cal. per serving

is there any kinda supplements ..i dont care if it has a little bit of juice..im desperate

im giving my self untill june 2007 ..someone please give me some advice on raw good supplement(that actually works) and training advice? please man..im serious

#1 supplements are the worst way to gain weight. You need to eat 6 times a day, 600-1000 cal per meal.

get your diet in check. also your prolly an ectomorph so eat a hella lot of clean foods. maybe get a weightgainer supp too.

nothing works man..plus im full in 3 meals ...i cant overstuff myself..my body wont take it

You really dont have to eat clean at this point. I know a guy who I lifted with for the better part of 5 years. He really never gained alot of size, but he ate like a monster. I bet he ate 8-10 meals a day and stuffed himself everytime. Taking in atleast 40 grams of protein per sitting. Finally he decided he would just call it quits. But now he is smaller than ever, with this said, dont give up keep on going through this. I know it has to be tough, but it can be done. Definitly got to eat atleast 6 times a day or more! I would consume atleast 500 calories per sitting and take it about 30-40 grams of protein per sitting. There is no supps that you can take for this its simply your metabolism is pretty kick ass. I would really like to know what your diet and training looks like.

k here it goes..
6 am protien before school (900 cal per serving)
10 am ..go grab sandwich or somthing from cafeteria
1 pm drink protien
2 pm sometimes i eat or i dont
5 eat
7 protein after workout
9 food

food meaning whatever thats cooked that day...

Simply put, you likely are not eating enough.
You really don't know how miuch you are eating because of the way you wrote your "diet"

1. join up with www.nutridiary.com or www.fitday.com and log your meals for a couple of weeks to get an average number of cals. Then post back and people will help you start dialing it in.

2. Buy a food scale (they're cheap) and weigh out your meals as is so you have a sense of how much you are eating....
ie: if you eyeball a bowl of cereal (you are probably pretty consistent) so weigh the bowl (to zero the scale) then pour in the cereal and record the amount and log it. etc... a sandwhich from the cafeteria will be an approximation, pick the closest thing and error on the heavier side of cals.

3. Even better is to use measuring cups so that you are really consistent. You don't have to be overly anal but initially it helps to be.

Get serious about your eating and you will seriously gain weight

Right here tells me you really aren't interested in gaining weight. If you wanna gain weight, you have to eat. That's it.

I was 155 at 6'0. That is really skinny. I gained 30lbs following the advice given in the stickies. Its all about eating. Eat everything you see. I posted just like you did. Someone on here told me: "when I see food, EAT IT". I also lifted very heavy. Kept my workouts short and heavy. Squat, Deadlift, Bench. Start by counting your calories for a day. Add 1000 more and you have to gain weight. Get that hard gainer crap out of your head. Anybody can gain weight. Its great watching that scale go up.

all you need to do to gain weight is buy a box of powder milk (its nutritious and helthy) and have a scoop whenever you can. But this is a quick fix. Try working your diet like this:-

1. Morning NEVER skip breakfast. 2 eggs. bacon with cheese. 2 toasts.
2. 1100 am Milk or Butter Milk with an apple
3. 1300 or lunch: bread (you must have carbs all 3 meals) chicken or whatever is cooked
4. 1500: Milk with cookies
5. 1700: dinner
6. 1900: after dinner snack.


I have just the opposite problem. If you know how to lose weight. Please tell me.

That doesn't actually look like much to eat and no offence, but most of that isn't even considered a meal. Like the milk and cookies for instance.
