Sure but it depends on your goals. Sounds like an awful lot of carbs if you are cutting. Also, you need protein.

Raw oats are fine. That's the only way I have mine. But like jodi said where is the protein. 4 egg whites....12 grams of protein plus a little from the oats?...Sounds like you need to invest in a little whey
