Raw oats

Wud it be ok to eat raw oats in the morning with 1/2 fat milk, dried fruit and honey?

Sure but it depends on your goals. Sounds like an awful lot of carbs if you are cutting. Also, you need protein.

Am currently bulking, gunna have the oats with four egg whites.

Raw oats are fine. That's the only way I have mine. But like jodi said where is the protein. 4 egg whites....12 grams of protein plus a little from the oats?...Sounds like you need to invest in a little whey

You could also throw in a cup of cottage cheese in the morning for ~30g protein.

Went onto fitday.com approx 24g of protein over all and about 70g of carbs.

Well the protein you are getting from oats isnt good for crap. Its about the equivalent of getting a few grams from a candy bar. You need a good protein source like eggs or beef. Things like that. Hell drink you a couple cups of milk with that meal. 2 cups of milk 16 grams of protein.
