Quaker Old Fashioned Oats is best... you can add Splenda to it or a bit of cinnamon instead of sugar

I actually add a scoop of vanilla ON whey protein to my oats and eat them cold in milk. A very tastey and healthy treat! BTW... I use Quaker Plain Oats.

I have mine plain with milk. I cut up a banana and put it in there and it tastes great.

when we say Oats most of the time means the plain old fashioned version. Oatmeal is exactly that, oatmeal. The other versions sold at the stores.
Try plain oats and you add whatever you want to it

Even better (tastier) than old fashioned rolled oats are steel cut oats (also found as Irish Oats). They take long to cook, like 20-25 minutes, but if you have the time, they're certainly a treat with regards to flavor and texture.
