just read this article from T-Nation- http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1259323
Those of you who read my threads about how I can't squat and I have a anterior rotated pelvis, would this help me? and what muscles should I do it on?

I use both: foam roller and various densities of balls to roll on. I would start with a foam roller and just use a tennis ball for your feet until you get used to the foam rolling. You should try squatting in your bare feet and then with your shoes on and then post the videos for the mods to analyze.

I use the tennis ball a lot.
Mike, first use a foam roller, and once your tissue is adapted to that, look to other things that are harder, like a tennis ball.
