Ok... I just recently started watching my diet. I eat very healthy, no chocolate, or cakes or anything like that. My only problem is I get cravings for sweettarts, or spree's and sour candy like that. Now they have very little calories, but the sugar content is pretty high. I don't know how bad sugars are in your diet, so could any of you tell whether it's safe for me to eat them or not. I'm trying to bulk up, but I don't want to get fat. Thanks
