I'm in college and I was looking for a cost-effective MRP to make up for a meal or two that I just don't have time to get in during a day, but then I decided it'd probably just be way cheaper to make my own.
1/2 cup oat bran (basically just like oats but pre-ground, hopefully I won't have to chew this shake)
1.5 scoops protein
cals fat carbs prot
402 6 38 45
Obviously I don't want to use a whey protein, since it will digest so quickly, so what do you think about a milk protein isolate?
My goal is to add muscle as (c)leanly as possible.

Oat Bran is the hull of the Oat.
But you could add some skim Milk, yougurt, fruit, and a fat source (fish oil, Flax oil)
