M1T or my diet...?

Hey there... I was reading and conversing on other threads in the Anabolic Zone about M1T. I was told that I should really work on what I am taking in, diet and nutrition wise, before I started thinking about taking in any PH/PS. Thus, I was referred to the 'Diet and Nutrition' section. I have a hard time all of my life with gaining weight and putting on size. When I went through Recruit Trainging 10 years ago, I was what you would call a 'Double Rat Recruit', which meant I received twice the rations that all the rest of the recruits received. I went into Recruit Training at 145lbs, age 18. I came out at 123lbs, age 19. I wasn't able to put on any weight my whole time in the service. When I got out I actually put on 35 lbs, due to liquor and fast food. I have since lost that weight that was all FAT, which took about 3 months of intense weight training and cardio exercises. To make a long story short, I would like to find out how I can put on weight, muscle mass, keeping off the fat. My stats are as follows:

Age: 27
Weight:155lbs
Height: 5'10"
BF: 10%-11.5%
Diet:
Morning- 5 egg whites w/cheese & tomatoes, 3 pancakes lite syrup, good portion of fruit (whatever is available), one piece sausage
Mid-morning- 4-5 harboiled eggs, protein shake (Nitro-Tech or Myplex Deluxe)
Afternoon- Hamburger patty w/cheese (no bread), two baked chicken breasts (6-7 oz piece), salad, some sort of potatoe.
Mid-afternoon- Turkey sandwich, protein shake (Nitro-Tech or Myplex Deluxe)
Dinner- Hamburger patty w/cheese (no bread), two baked chicken breasts (6-7 oz piece), salad, some sort of potatoe.

Main Goal: I would like to put on some weight and size. Like I said, I was all amped up to start an M1T cycle but was referred to this section before I do anything... I am just tired of being as slim as I am! I don't know if what I am asking for is possible, at least naturally, due to genetics and what not! Any and all information, to assist, would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, and I apologize for this being a short novel!

I am just guessing here, but I don't think you keep strict track of your cals. That is really a must if you are a hardgainer.

fufu: Your right... I don't count calories. I try to take in as much as I can but it still doesn't matter! I have been thin my whole life and need to find a way to change that!

FormanRules: Yeah... I don't need you highlighting my height and weight and putting in big letters, "YOUR TINY...!" for me to know that! I mean, isn't that the whole point for PH/PS, to get bigger and stronger. I am first going to try and see if I can work something with my diet and then if that doesn't work, go on a cycle! But that is why I am here, to work on 'DIET & NUTRITION', and to get as much information as I can...

fufu... How many calories do you think I should be taking in a day? So were talking about counting calories... Should I be taking as much as possible in? I am just afraid of getting fat...

One minute you say you take in as much as you can and then you say you dont want to get fat. If your first statement was true you shouldnt get fat as you find it hard to gain at all. Im a bit confused.
