Hey there... I was reading and conversing on other threads in the Anabolic Zone about M1T. I was told that I should really work on what I am taking in, diet and nutrition wise, before I started thinking about taking in any PH/PS. Thus, I was referred to the 'Diet and Nutrition' section. I have a hard time all of my life with gaining weight and putting on size. When I went through Recruit Trainging 10 years ago, I was what you would call a 'Double Rat Recruit', which meant I received twice the rations that all the rest of the recruits received. I went into Recruit Training at 145lbs, age 18. I came out at 123lbs, age 19. I wasn't able to put on any weight my whole time in the service. When I got out I actually put on 35 lbs, due to liquor and fast food. I have since lost that weight that was all FAT, which took about 3 months of intense weight training and cardio exercises. To make a long story short, I would like to find out how I can put on weight, muscle mass, keeping off the fat. My stats are as follows:
Age: 27 Weight:155lbs Height: 5'10" BF: 10%-11.5% Diet: Morning- 5 egg whites w/cheese & tomatoes, 3 pancakes lite syrup, good portion of fruit (whatever is available), one piece sausage Mid-morning- 4-5 harboiled eggs, protein shake (Nitro-Tech or Myplex Deluxe) Afternoon- Hamburger patty w/cheese (no bread), two baked chicken breasts (6-7 oz piece), salad, some sort of potatoe. Mid-afternoon- Turkey sandwich, protein shake (Nitro-Tech or Myplex Deluxe) Dinner- Hamburger patty w/cheese (no bread), two baked chicken breasts (6-7 oz piece), salad, some sort of potatoe. Main Goal: I would like to put on some weight and size. Like I said, I was all amped up to start an M1T cycle but was referred to this section before I do anything... I am just tired of being as slim as I am! I don't know if what I am asking for is possible, at least naturally, due to genetics and what not! Any and all information, to assist, would be greatly appreciated! Oh, and I apologize for this being a short novel! ![]() |
