hi my work out routhine seems to be very boring. can someone critique and give some suggestions? have the following routine. my goal is not to become huge but fit and lean. i am a 5'7 190 lbs with about 18-20% body fat. my main goal is to lose 15 more pounds but i seem to have hit a plateau.
monday
1. run two miles
2. chest (flat bench,incline,fly)
3. bicep and tricep
4. ab
tuesday
1. run two miles
2. shoulder (military press, front/lateral raises)
3. walking lunges
wednesday
1. bike for 30 minutes
2. calves
3. hammy
thursday
same as monday
friday
same as tuesday
pretty boring?_? i try to squeeze the work out during lunch so i don't have too much time to do a lot different stuff. i'd appreciate it if someone could give a balance work out routine that concentrates both losing weight but staying lean.

I would stick to doing each muscle ONCE a week, you could go with a 4 day routine with wednesday off to give your body a chance to recover and rest.
Monday
Chest/abs/cardio
Tuesday
Back/cardio
Thursday
Arms/shoulders/cardio
Friday
Legs

You do not do much for legs, except cardio and lunges.
