I'm a firefighter and to save cash we all eat together and on our day shifts it's almost always the same mea;l home-made veg soup (which the cook prepares fesh) and beans and egg and toast to follow.
I use reduced salt and sugar baked beans and I usually have to whole eggs (poached) and 2 thick slices of granary bread.
Do u think this meal is ok - at the moment I am trying to put on some lean muscle mass so I think it's ok, but what about when I'm cutting?
