Apologies for yet another creatine question, i've been reading up a lot about it on the internet, however I have come across that many sources that contradict each other it is unbelievable.
What I need to know really is the best way to take the stuff. So far my understanding is to take 3-5grams an hour before your workout with either warm water or some kind of fruit juice (grape?) And also to only take it on my workout days, does this sound right? I've read so many sources telling me to take it after my workout and to load and cycle it and blar blar blar, but the logic to me seems that 5grams an hour before your workout days is the optimal way of doing it.
Any help is appreciated
*Edit*
I should probably add that cycling seems like a good thing to do? I've read that a month on followed by a month off is the best way? thanx.

Use the search bro. But yes you can take 5 grams after you workout for recovery. If you get mono then take wit with grape juice. Or you can buy some cee and not worry abot the juice.

he's right. As a rule fo thumb, i will take in 2 grams before i work out of CEE which I feel is far more superior, with a glass of water, and after the work is done, I take in another 2 grams. Problems solved. Use all the whey or ironmag cee. There is no reason why you should 50 beans on some shit that tastes like really bad kool aid.
