The shakes are fine.
Yogurt, skim Milk, oat bran, berries... come to mind for having in a shake. |

ok guys im going to try and cut for a while and ive had numerous advice form people
basically i wanted to try this but wanted to get u guys opinions first meal 1 - oats or something +lean protein meal 2 - shake???????????????? + carbs or efas or both meal 3 - chicken or something +carbs or efas or both meal 4 - shake????????????????? same as meal 2 meal 5 - diner of some sort +lean protein + efas basically ill work on what the food is later i wanted to ask about the shakes could they make up for 2 of the meals and if they could what should i have in the shakes? and its for a cut please any advice is great thanks again troops |
