If anyone could recommend an effective anti-estrogen for maintaining muscle gains from using methyl-1-d from legal gear, it would be greatly appreciated.

IF you don't have access to Nolva then the next best would be Rebound or Novadex XT.I know Legal Gear pushes Formadrol,but I'v tried it and didn't like it at all.
