Even though I was shut down and ignored, I will enlighten you. When my dick gets hard the foreskin becomes stretched. Thus, it looks like I'm circumcised... I have the foreskin pulled back at all times anyway. The extra skin is not even noticable when erect. If it is, I would assume that there may be a little more play in the skin movement along the shaft. Perform your regular duties...

I heard once that uncircumsised people are more sensitive because when you're cut the head of the penis gets rubbed against your underwear so it gets used to friction a bit more.

I still wouldn't want to be uncircumsised though. Aside from looking gross I hear they smell and get dick cheese
