I believe I have read somewhere within the forums something speaking on the evils of juice, but if I use it in my protein shakes which i take before and after I work out would it be that detrimental? I mainly add a little for taste, but would it be at least somewhat beneficial as an energy source, or would it just not be good to use juice at all?

OJ, especially, is pure sugar w/ some vitamins in it.

You could dilute your juice.

I have heard from expert Milkers , until recently they did squeeze when milking something, I do believe nowadays they use suction to "Milk it", and get every last drop!

oj is actually ok to drink in small servings (8 oz or less)...buy the type with the most pulp as it has the lowest GI/GR. fructose uses a different celluar pathway than glucose based sugars so it does not effect blood sugar or spike inslulin.

like prince said dilute it and it's even better.

Alright, thanks everyone, I use the supposedly fresh squeezed that comes in a carton, and I definitely get the juice with the most pulp. I LOVE pulp! I also use approximately 6-8oz. of it and have started adding 2-3 oz. of water. How's that?

you are all set !
