whats your max squat/bench/deadlift?

and good form all the way down (bar touches your chest), locked out deadlift, full squat? like your max lift that ould be accepted in a PL contest

Those are ok lifts for the 16-17 age group, you could not compete with the top guys but you might be able to place or win in a small local show.
