Training with no weights.

If I could do the following exercise daily, even days when I do train with weights, will i see some marginal or solid gains?

100 pushups
25 pull ups
100 crunches

would obviously improvise on the workout but this is just a general idea of what it would look like.

it depends whats your strength on those exercises right now

PS crunches wont do shit for you, you should check out Cowpimps training journal, he has the type of workouts that I think your looking for, it is called GPP i think.

Pushup with Trunk Twist x 30secs
Lateral Box Jumps @ Level 2 x 30secs
Hindu Pushups x 30secs

Renegade Rows @ 20s x 30secs
Lateral Box Jumps @ Level 2 x 30secs
Renegade Rows @ 20s x 30secs

Rest 50secs

Complex
Body Squats x 25
Dips x 10
Reverse Hyperextensions x 25
Pullups x 5
Decline Situps x 20
Jumping Jacks x 30secs

Rest 50secs

Complex
Hindu Squats x 25
Pushups x 20
Hyperextensions x 25
Body Rows x 10
Leg Raises x 10
Rock Climbers x 30secs

Sure, tons of boxers and fighters use bodyweight only workouts. Also look at guys in prison who only do push ups, pull ups, and crunches and how big they've gotten. Obviously you wont become a body builder with this but you could still get decently big.
