Here is my proposed bulk plan. Let me know what you think.

Lower A
ATG Back Squats 3x6 RI=120secs
SLDL 3x8 RI=120secs
Leg Curls 3x10 RI=60secs
Standing calves 2x15 RI=60Secs

Lower B
DL's 3x6 RI=120secs
Leg press 3x8 RI=120secs
Lunges 3x10 RI=60secs
Standing Calves 2x20 RI=60secs

Upper A
Yates Rows 3x6 RI=120secs
Dips 3x8 RI=120secs
ChinUps 3x10 RI=60secs
EZ BB Curls 3x10 RI=60secs

Upper B
BB Bench 3x6 RI=120secs
DB Rows 3x8 RI=120secs
BB OH Press 3x10 RI=60secs
PushDowns 3x10 RI=60secs

It looks very balanced and good, the only thing I would do is put some different exercise selection in the lower workouts

Lower B

Lunges 3x10 RI=60secs Drop this for DB one-legged RDLs
Standing Calves 2x20 RI=60secs drop this for reverse calves 2x15

how close to failure are you going to be training?

mike - I train until i have a rep or two in the bank for the last set. Sometimes i might hit failure but i dont aim to get to that point.

CowPimp - Cool. Thanks. Sets/reps look kinda 'flat' and I'v been trying to fit in some periodisation into that. Cant seem to come up with anything satisfactory in balancing the movements unless i perodise it on a weekly basis (something like 6-10reps on one week and 8-12 on the next, perhaps?). Any suggestions?

Also I'll throw in some (2x12) shoulder/trap work on upper days?
