It is a known fact that gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time is very hard and complicated but lately i have been getting fatter and put on about 2% fat. It makes my face look fat. Is it possible if i do cardio in my workout to control fat gains.Can i please now if it is possible to do cardio during rest days to minimize fat?
