Shoulder popping?

I was wondering if someone could give me some insight on my right shoulder popping while I bench press. Usually, it don't do it if I warm up, but sometimes... Actually it has become more rare as I've built more muscle around it, but I'm still wondering if there is reason for any kind of concern. Actually, there is no pain. I mean none. I don't feel a thing, I just feel a popping sensation in my right shoulder. Thanks in advance for any insight.

I got that too. I was told that if it doesn't hurt, then it's probably nothing. Try doing some rotator work 2-3x a week.

OK. Sounds good. I'll give that a shot.

Always warm up, generally and specifically.

Yeah, good advice. I generally do. It actually seemed to happen more often when I didn't do a warm up set, then I added one and it almost disappeared. But stupid me decided to jump on the bench today and just go for it. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, I just thought someone could explain maybe what it was. Anyway, I guess it's back to the warm up set no matter what.

a warm-up doesn't only contain of a "warm-up set" , there are other things to it, read the sticky guide to a proper warm-up

Duley noted. Even though I have been doing some of that stuff, it would seem that there are some things I need to add. Thanks for pointing it out. I don't know how I missed that one.
