Can anyone please go through my workout and give me feedback and help me improve it. Thank you.
Monday: Back and abs Pull ups-warm up-2 x10 reps Seated cable rows- 5 x 8-10 reps Lateral Pulldowns- 5x 10-12 reps Barbell Shrugs- 4x 10-12 reps Barbell Rows- 5 x 6-8 reps Sit ups and obliques training cool down and strecth Tuesday Cardio Wednesday: Legs Machine squats warm up 2 x 15 reps Barbell Squats- 5 x 6-8 reps Deadlift- 5 x 8-10 reps Leg extension- 4 x 10 reps Hamstring Curls-3x 8-12 reps cool down and strech Thursday Cardio Friday: Chest and Shoulders warm up incline bench press- 2x 8-10reps Flat bench-4 x 8-10 reps Dumbell military press-4 x 12+10+8+6 Incline Bench Press-4 x 6-8 reps Dumbell laterals- 4 x 10-12 reps Machine Flyes- 5 x 10-12 reps cool down and strecth Sat/sun-rest |
