How does this look?

I need something that I can eat quickly and a wrap seemed liked the perfect idea. Here is what I have:

Tortilla Wrap- Whole Wheat w/ extra virgin oliv oil
Iceburg Lettuce
Chicken breast, boneless,skinless
Sargento's Ricotta, Fat-Free
Ranch, fat-free

Marcro breakdown: P = 39.5 C = 38.5 F = 22.00

Fiber = 5.4 grams
Total Calories = 347.7

What do you guys think of this?

Goals?
Stats?

I would find a better alternative to iceburg lettuce. Fat content might be a little high.

Goals: Cutting
Stats: 216 lbs. Endomorph

Do you mean I have to many grams of fat, there is 8.5g in there, or the macro % is too high? And can I make up for too much fat in this meal by having less fat in the next meal.

EDIT: Oh, and I'll just use romain lettuce or spinach instead then, I just like iceburg lettuce better. Why not iceburg lettuce?

What's wrong with iceberg lettuce? I'm not being sarcastic or anything. I am just curious.

Tortilla Wrap- Rosemary w. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Romain Lettuce
Chicken breast, boneless,skinless
Sargento's Ricotta, Fat-Free
Ranch, fat-free
Brown Rice, long grain, cooked

Macro breakdown: P = 42.15% C = 44.30% F = 13.55%

Fiber = 15g

Grams of:
Protein = 39.2
Carbs = 41.2
Fat = 5.6

Total Calories = 372

I tweaked it a little bit, but now I'm worried that there is too much fiber in there. Is this fiber amount ok?

I think it might just be the lack of nutritional value it brings, I think it is 98 percent water.

That was my reasoning why to switch from Iceburg lettuce yes.

Are tortilla wraps generally considered good? I have always had a hard time picking out one I was happy with eating regularly, since I like making wraps from time to time.

Here is a link to the maker of the ones that I am getting:

Yea. I'm gonna be getting them from a low-carb health food place about 10 miles away from where I live. I think it will be well worth the drive though.

Okay here's my hopefully finalized wrap:

Whole wheat w/extra virgin oil
Romain Lettuce
Chicken breast
Sargento's Ricotta, Fat-Free
Ranch, fat-free
brown rice, long grain

Total grams per macro: P = 37.2 C = 54.2 F = 9.6 Fiber = 8
Total Calories = 452
Macro%: P = 39.2% C = 48% F = 19.1%

37.2

I made one today. It was delicious. But I used baby greens for the lettuce.

Tortilla Wrap- Whole Wheat w/ extra virgin oliv oil
good
Iceburg Lettuce
why iceberg-there's hardly nutritional value-romaine or spinach would be better..er without the e coli
Chicken breast, boneless,skinless
good
Sargento's Ricotta, Fat-Free
kind of rich dont you think? What about fresh mozzarella?
Ranch, fat-free
too much salt...try sweet peppers

Thanks. Exactly what I was looking for. I already did away with the iceberg and replaced it with romain. Idk why I choose Ricotta, but I like it. Maybe I'll buy ricotta and mozzarella and switch em up every other day or something. I guess 310 mg is a lot of sodium for just a dressing. I really don't do well with peppers. Is there anything else I could put in its place or could I just remove the ranch and not put nething else in there. Thanks again man.

Posted by: footballmaniac

I just removed the ranch and the macro % are closer to where I want them to be. I want to take in about 30-35% protein, 45-50% carbs, and about 20% fat. I got the macros from BFFM. In the book it says if you're an endo you may want to take in less than 50% carbs, so that's what I'm aiming for.

Posted by: juggernaut

same here; try and make an effort to ensure that you have mostly fiber rich, slow burning carbs.

couple the ricotta and the ranch together and you had a salt shaker on your hands. Not a good choice to show off cuts. the salt would wash away all the work you've done-albeit temporarily. Anyway, I love sweet peppers on a sandwich. If that isnt for you, I also love to go into my Italian deli and get some eggplant caponata. spoon it out of the jar and...holy shit this stuff is GOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea. I'll just take the ranch out completely and switch it to good ol mozzarella. I've had fried eggplant before, but I'm guessing that's out of the question now.

Posted by: juggernaut

try the caponata. Its not fried at all. I even posted a recipe on how to make it in the recipe section.
