Found an extra jug of L-Glutamine powder in the back of the cabinet, but it expired on 4/06. Also, have a bottle of One-A-Day multi-vitamin which expired 6/06. Are they safe to take????? I'm sure they are, but wanted to ask.

After the expiration date, the product has the possibility of losing some of its potency. Still may be good, but maybe not as effective.
