Here is the deal: Got invited to play professional rugby and need to get back into athletic shape. I have been working out for a while but I think I need to start supplementing again. In the past I have taken a bunch of different stuff, but it has been a few years since I stopped playing football and have really not taken anything. My biggest concern is gaining weight, currently I am about 76.5" and weigh 244, bf is 12-13%, Strength is decent, benching around 410, Squat about 500 and cleaning around 300. I don't care about getting bigger or stronger, just want to improve my endurance and muscle fatigue without adding pounds. I used to take the myoplex low carb which was great, but I don't think its made anymore. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good replacement? Also I don't want to take creatine, anything anabolic, or ephedrine type pills. But if there is something else out there that I have missed let me know.

Thanks

You weigh 244 & bench 410 lbs. Why do u have problem with creatine? A rugby player has a problem with creatine. . Hows your diet?
