I am looking to obtain more definition, more mass, and lower my body fat at the same time. I am currently taking 10g creatine, a day, 5g L-glutamine, 35g whey, multi vitamin, twin lab strength fuel, and one eas edge premade shake a day. My exercise regime consists of hitting each muscle group twice a week. the first time i hit the muscle i will go very heavy with low repetitions, the second time i will hit it with lighter weight and alot of repetitions. tell me what your opinion on this is, thanks

im almost 21 ive been lifting on and off for 2 yrs now but i want to get very serious about it now, i weigh 195 im 6ft. i can bench 285 max. i workout with my friend who is a trainer at golds gym, hes been helping me out alot with things
