Im 31 6'2'' i train 4 days a week and i started my cutting diet about 6 weeks ago i was 206 lbs ?BF% now this morning i mesured my bodyfat with a ACCU-MEASURE caliper i am 193lbs and 11.7%BF,is that good for my size? should i cut under 10%BF and then do a bulk again? thanks

Do whatever you feel comfortable with. I assume you are just cutting to please yourself?

it depends on what your goals are. I'm currently 6'2" 237 with about 17% BF, just coming off a clean bulk. By the time August comes around, I will probably compete at 210-215. what are your goals?

Really we can't tell you what to do. This is a personal decision. If you are content with where you cut has taken you, then stop and do a "Bulk". If not then continue what you are doing.

if it were me, I'd do a clean bulk and just get larger.
