Ok, so im in college right now and i need some help. I was planniing on playing football up here but shoulder dislocations stoped all of that. So all summer I just dicked around, drank alota beer etc. Now im way fatter than id like to be 6'4" and like 230lb...yeah. So I have a decent backround in lifting and nutrition and such but im feeling pretty helpless. The first month or so I biasicly didnt eat anything. I knew what I was doing to myself... but now im feeling it alot more. Ive lost massive amounts of muscle and feel like a piece of flab. I can get some stuff at the grocery store and ive got a microwave and fridge... Id love it if I could get some tips on anything and everything but if you guys could reccomend some foods. My problem is eating way too much at night, durring the day im pretty calm with eating/feel good about myself if I dont eat alot. Ive just started doing 5 meals or so, ive got some whey and some CEE. Any tips would help but nutrition will help me alot, Thanks alot guys!!!

and girls.

I dont know how advanced you are, but you need to try and fit in 6 meals a day with 2.5-3.5 hours in between. Each meal containing good amounts of protein, carbs, and good fats (Fish oil, flax oil, oilve oil, etc.). I went to college for 4 years and had a fantastic time, well I never really ate that great, however I lifted 5 days a week and did cardio 3 times a week. I got nce and big muscle wise, but never lost any weight. If I were you I would get things like: Yougurt, eggs (Microwave), oats, lean meats (get you a foreman grill), and just things like that. You could actually purchase a griddle and you could cook eggs and things like that on there. Pretty easy to eat healthy, actually just gotta have the will power to go with it. Even if you change your diet moderatly, you ought to see a change.
