good to hear lads, I've been told though after bulking up, even if its only been a short period of time u should leave your body get used to the new weight, even up to a couple of months to get used to it b4 u start cutting..............

I only put on about 8lbs on the 7 weeks, like I mentioned earlier I wasn't looking for massive gains so I can't see why my body would need time to adapt to such a small weight increase.
But what do I know............. |
it takes years to develop a perfect body ..but post your diet maybe you could speed things up if you improved your diet, peope here can help you make a good one..also post your workout afterwards
