No way you should lose THAT much strength in 2 weeks bro. Now a friend of mine did say you can get out of shape in days when it comes to aerobic type work. (think lance armstrong, he rode the bike like everyday) So maybe you just ran out of gas and that's why the end of the workout sucked so bad? *disclaimer: none of what I have just said in no way is based on anything scientific, it may very well be bullshit. |
