i do 30 minutues of cardio in the morning before weightlifting 5 times a week. i heard it was better to do cardio on an empty stomach to lose fat. the problem is when i dont eat anything before working out i feel dizzy and dont have nearly as much energy.. what do you all think? maybe some fruit post-worout?
