i wake up everymorning hot, tired as heck, and feel like crap basically. i also feel like this throughuot the day. i do take CEE and stuff(as you know). i was taking caffeine tabs(only 200mg) and the only time i drank water was in my workouts. soo only 24-32oz aday. i have started keeping track of how much water i consume anday and today so far i've gotten 50oz. i drink 16oz with everymeal(yes i piss every 20sec lol) soo far i have gotten 50oz of water (only had 2meals soo far ) and i plan on consuming 120oz everyday.

also could it be low test levels? i wouldnt think soo buti was just wondering.

stop taking the caffeine, you dont need it

you plan on consuming 120oz of water? so i'm assuming thats not what you've been doing up until this point. Yes drink more water, 120oz or more is good, especially with CEE

Your diet is shit, your sleep habits are shit. You take a shit load of nonsense supplements for your age.

You have no structured lifestyle (ie school)

and you think dehydration might be the concern. LOL

Who cares, you will not take any advice so just keep doing what you are doing.

I agree with Iain, Kenwood.

Sleep habits in particular. It really is a testament to your family genetics that you look as good as you do.

If you return to school (its not too late to start the year), and give it the same concentration you do for training, adopt better sleep hygiene and diet, you have a chance to step above and beyond the depressing reality of your present life.

Has it occured to you that diet and sleep may well have been the primary reasons you had such problem staying motivated in school?

If no other reason, Kenwood, consider this: you cannot hope to attract the attentions of a good woman if you lack the attributes they seek: stable mood, responsible habits and lifestyle, a good job (that only education can bring), and a strong healthy body.

Of these, you have only the last; I guarantee you, health will not continue to be an asset if you don't alter your habits soon.
