Boot camp in 2 weeks..
I'm on Hydroxycut Hardcore, a multi-vitamin with aminos, L-glutamine, N0-Xplode, Fish oils, L-Arganine and Ornatine (spelling), and of course I take whey. Should I start dropping these? Cold Turkey? No supps allowed in boot camp =( Or should I continue to use them to increase my endurance/athleticism and then drop 'em when I have to? I'm not sure why I take the HH. I'm 6"2 and I weigh 178. I just got measured yesterday and according to the Navy I'm at just around 7% bodyfat. But I'm really muscular, so.. So. Tell me what you guys think? |

Well if you run 15+ miles a day you are doing more than most marathon champions.
Other than get off all that shit now and get ready for war. |

In college XC running 100 miles a week is a common thing I think.
That is a little over 14 miles a day. |
