Can someone PLEASE give me an idea of how much protein is in a slice of roasted turkey breat?. Sorry if i sound demanding or pleading, but I can't find this info anywhere, believe me I've looked. I realize the nutrition database gives info for turkey slices but it gives it in grams and I have no idea what that means. It's driving me crazy so if anyone can help, thanks a lot.

Well it's kind of difficult to go by slice, since that could be any size or thickness! Is there no label? 100 g is approximately 3.5 oz if that helps at all? Is it deli meat?....describe your meat

The meat is sliced roasted turkey breast, I get it from the deli at my grocery store, but I don't believe it is processed or anything, merely turkey breast that is sliced.

Alright, well then it's gonna have the same amt of cals/protein as regular turkey....how do you measure or weigh the rest of what you eat?

The majority of my food i measure with the nutrition information label on the box/bag/etc.

I'm not really sure how to figure out grams and/or oz. with meats though. I have a similar problem with beef although I have rough idea on how much beef to eat.
