Can these two be related? Arginine, or NO2, promotes vasodilation. Would it be beneficial to use NO2 before cardio? Even if it helps just at the slightest?

I've never read any studies or empirical evidence to support the ergogenic effects of arginine. Interesting thought though. Do you know how long it would take before ingestion of arginine would result in nitric-oxide related vasodialation?

It would be as long as it takes to exercise, shear stress on the epithelial cells of the blood vessels releases NOS, arginine is essentially a precursor. I tried arginie for a while, didn't do too much, maybe some slight effects.
