hi people im Aaron, am 22 (in january) started weight training to loose weight as i seen it was a good motivator and would benfit me alot and enjoy it just need to be more dedicated :P i get lazy sometimes!
am 6ft 4" weigh 190lb's and umm aint that big really muscle wise! went for a more toned physique at first now im into bulking this is where the gym needs toi start :P
only pic i got is my back! nowt special to the bigger lads out there but aint too bad!
