My name is TYR ( nickname from college) I have been working out for 10+ years mostly for football. Well now its just to stay in shape and be healthy. Right now I'm about 215 and not fat at all, thinking of trying out power lifting since I did all those lifts for football and am pretty good at them. Looking forward to learning some good tips here.
