I go to PF Changs usually every other week. They are right down the street from work. I always get the Cantonese Shrimp and Brown Rice.

I always get steamed chicken and veggies with the side of brown rice, which i share with someone else (the rice, that is). Or the lettuce chicken wraps.
Also - DDEFINITELY get a side of garlic spinach. It is SO DAMN GOOD, especially mixed in with the brown rice. YOu won't need any of the cantonese sauce. it has an awesome flavor and it's just garlic juice. I love pf chang! |

Dont eat too much rice and I think that would be a good clean meal.

I wish I knew how to eyeball rice, I always use a measuring cup in my house to weigh it out.

If you have a chance before you go out, spread out your cup of cooked rice at home then do the same before eating it to help you judge it?
Just an idea, otherwise undersetimate? |

Are you cutting for a show or something?? I would think a few extra carbs cuz u ate too much brown rice wouldn't be THAT big of a deal....
