Books generally are written by people with opinions, who have also read other peoples opinions, and interpret various research they find here and there.
So what one person recommends cycling wise, another person will tell you something different. Unless you want to read the history of Pakistani sustanon or something like that, and even if that actually, there is plenty of information on the internet. Some of them do have pretty pictures though, which can also be found on the internet and be more up to date if you dont want to buy a new copy every year. Plus, due to low demand (they aren't selling a million copies) the prices suck. |
