Can i take a serving of this intead of 3 g fish oil?

I take 6 g omega 3's a day, can i take a serving of this and 3 g omega 3's??

i also take 2 tablespoons of flaxseed which = approximately 2 g of omega 3, in the morning, planning to have 3 g omega 3 (fish oil) with this meal, and a serving of the complete EFA, ( 3 caps) with my lsat meal
