You can buy fresh herbs at most grocers and chopp them up. They make great seasonings to most meat/veggie dishes and add very few if any calories. Fresh chopped oregano and chopped hot peppers are a faorite of mine for seasonings.
Fresh basil, dill, garlic, etc are also great for adding flavor without fat or sodium.

How about salsa? I can't eat eggs without it.

Mrs. Dash, tons of pepper (out now), and Montreal Spices (sodium and monosodium glutimate monsters, I'm sure)... ginger for red meat, italian spice combos, red pepper, chili pepper.
I cook about everything with these.
BTW - I go through a half gallon of Cat Soup and 5 lbs. of cheese a week. My insights are "null and void"!

Grow your own herbs.
Oregano (it will take over your yard), basil, thyme, rosemary, sage, etc. A hobby of mine. Dry them, chop them up... and bottle w/ a dessicant.
They are weeds... cheap, and easy to grow, and proccess + lots of fun!
