i was pissed but was just going to forget about it. then my super mod was breaking my balls to get it fixed so i tried to do a database restore and i had forgot that the backup was from when i was running 3.6.1 and i had 3.6.3 installed on there and i restored it and everything was messed up and at the time i didn't know what to do so i contacted my web hosting support team and they said they would try and fix it and that made everything even worse..after that i couldn't even access the board then they sit there for an hour trying to fix it and then he said he couldnt so now they are making me pat 30$ that i dont have
and now it still isnt working

ouch, you should have reverted vB back to 3.6.1, then re-ran the upgrade on vB to 3.6.3
if you still have the orignal 3.6.1 db back-up you can still do this very easily.

looks like you already did.

glad you got it back up.
webhosts typically are not very helpful with that stuff, you're better off asking over at vB, or you can even ask me, I have been running vB on a dedicated server for years.

Why I'm no longer a web developer.
Everything becomes an impossibility that you eventually fix. You're always on your own. Hopeless and desperate until the next time.
