My brothers hair is falling OUT! and i wanted to help him out but i haven't been too hip on the hair loss scene for awhile. what are the new advances? I've been seeing durastride? whats this?

Durastride blocks the conversion of Test to DHT. It should be the best thing for hair loss, but he is going to lose it over time, regardless.

So how is it different than finasteride?.... he's 24 so were just trying to slow down the hair loss for atleast a couple years.
