Smoothie King Low Carb Smoothies?

I was in a rush the other day and I picked up a Smoothie King Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie. It was really good but I'm not really sure how good it was for me. Does anybody know what they put in their low carb shakes? Is it quality, or crap sweetener or anything???

When you get a Low Carb smoothie from Smoothie King, make sure they just mix water, ice with the low carb protein powder.. they will mix some yogurt if you dont tell them..
