Airborne as a Vitamin suppliment

I keep a tube of Airborne at my desk for when someone in the office comes in sick...

Taking a multi vitamin in the morning is just something I have not been able to be as consistant about as I would like every morning with breakfast. 3-4 days a week I remember to take one, but the other 3-4 I'm out the door after breakfast. My question is, regardless of weather or not I think I might be exposed to a cold or flu, is an Airborne tablet a reasonable substitute for a daily multi vitamin?

I wiki'ed it and it shows this as what you are supplimented with via one tablet. I rather like the taste as well, but it is a bit more expensive than straight up multis.

Just wonder what you guys think about resorting to it on the days I forget my regular multi. And yes, I eat a very well balanced diet.

Thanks!

No, not at all. You are missing very vital vitamins there such as your B series of vitamins.
