Meal 1: Apple + 1 cup fat free milk (school breakfast)
Meal 2: Tuna on 7 grain bread with lettuce + 1 cup fat free milk + apple + little salad (school lunch)
Meal 3: Lean Meat and vegetables cooked in Olive Oil or Oatmeal + Peanutbutter
Meal 4: Oats + Peanut Butter

I will drinking a gallon minimum of water a day, and I will be taking a multi-vitamin.
I don't care about losing muscle size, but I do care about strength (I don't think it will suffer, I eat alot shittier than this, and still make strength gains). I just want to get lighter, because my knees are getting beat up, and so I can be more athletic, and of course healthier (the dotor says I have high cholesterol). Is this diet ok fo my goals? Also is it ok to be eating the tuna everyday?

Mike you aren't a stupid guy, you know this diet is very poor. Eating a diet like this is only setting you up for future problems. ie. Metabolism issues. Fighting battles the quick way, is not always the best remedy.

ok i got to add some food
meal 1- the only other thing I can get with it is a mini bacon/sausage and egg sandwich- maybe I will throw away the bread and just eat the egg and sausage? but my doctor said I should not eat eggs because of my high cholesterol... (is that bs?)

meal 2 instead of the tuna, I will get turkey with cheese + all the other stuff
(I am getting sick of the tuna, and I heard it is bad if eaten too much)

meal 3- I will make it meat and veges cooked in olive oil + oatmeal

meal 4- Peanutbutter + Oats + Yogurt or Full Fat Milk

thats like an added 1000 calories

hows that? I get home at around 4:00 and I usually sleep at about 10:00 (I don't think that fits enough time for more meals), I am 240lbs and about 6 foot 2-3 inches.

You can probably loose weight at around 2500 calories at your bodyweight and age, especially if you keep your activity levels up.

Why do you feel that you have to eat certain things that are made available to you? You can always make and pack food.

You can really have more meals than that if you plan effectively.

seriously!

Especailly since you have high cholesterol (you have high cholesterol at the age of 16?). You should be bringing your meals to school. Were are the greens? Where is the fiber? You have to take better care of yourself man. If you don't do it, no one will. You have to get serious about what you are putting into your body.
