Breaded is definitly out. Just stick with some seasoning salt and you ought to be good.

I agree. One thing more is that to have your chicken a cholesterol free, try to remove the skin before cooking, or don't eat the skin.

Make it easy and buy the skinless and boneless kind. Solves problems very easy.
