makes 2 servings (4 muffins)
1/2 cup of whole oats
3 egg whites
cinnamon
stevia
put in muffin tin with a muffin foil liners or paper liners. Bake at 350 for around 20 min .I also make a batch adding a scoop of chocolate whey protein or u can add any flavour u like. you may need to add a bit of water.
