I am new here, found this site yesterday loking for "natural fitness".
I am 52 6'2" 220lbs, and retired form the military 8 years ago and have put on some weight, 30lbs. I guess all that PT in the morning did help keep the weight in check.
I am looking to change my lifestyle and my wife's to a healther more fit one.
I am looking for all around fitness, health eating/ diet, and perhaps building some bulk and definition among my muscules.
I have a stationary bike at home, 12 speed bike and basic dumbell set.
I am looking for guidence, friendship, motivation and learning.
