Just thought I'd say hi as I'm new to this site, but not to weights. I've been training for four years now off and on and now I think its time to get serious with it so any tips and hints are gratefully recived, particulary how to stay motivated throught the long English winter! Cheers!

Thanks for the welcome guys.
I am a memeber of bodybuilding.com forums but not under this i.d, on there I'm known as roly_a but on there everyone seems to have a right attitude so I don't don't bother posting on there, and I thought I was being original!

I'm on muscletalk and LAmuscle too. But is just me or is LA muscle really expensive and their products weak?
