Really the problem here is you try and turn these casual encounters into relationships. You want to quit being dishonest? Don't tell girls that you love them or that you want to have a relationship. Don't try and force it. Don't try and have a relationship with any of them. Someday, you might find a girl you really connect with and you will find that you want to be with her all the time... then go ahead and have a relationship. Lying to yourself and to the girls you bang by trying to have a relationship just because you had sex with them is the problem here. Just be honest with girls, have your fun and don't commit to anything unless you really, really find yourself really, really liking the girl.

Can waiting a month really work? Probably not. Neither you nor most of the girls you are having sex with are ready for a relationship... why try and force it. Just have fun. It is really what you and the girls want anyway. The relationships go south because neither party really wanted a relationship to begin with. The answer is to not turn your sex into a relationship at all... not to force a relationship neither of you really want, need or are ready for. With no sex, the forced relationships are going to go south within a month anyway. She is going to want to get some sex (as you will) and one or both of you are just going to end up cheating on each other.

Ban the relationship... not the sex.
